Upon arrival, the entrance and stairs were not exactly inviting with dirty carpets that felt neglected. The overall décor in the room seemed tired, lacking the clean polish advertised online, and it was uncomfortably hot during the day. Access to the dining options was a bit convoluted, with unclear paths through the grounds that wouldn’t shine in the dark. Navigating public transportation to get here proved tricky, given the location on a busy road with slow taxi services.

We had a lovely time exploring the nearby Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve, a fantastic spot for kids with plenty of wildlife to see. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast options were delicious and freshly made, perfect for starting our day!

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had better soundproofing. The noise from a wedding party made it hard for my kids to sleep, which was tough after a long day out.

I had a wonderful stay in the Russet Room for three nights. The room was stylish and impeccably clean, and the breakfasts offered a fantastic variety, including freshly cooked options that set me up for the day. The staff were polite and incredibly helpful, making my experience even better. I found the dinner menu options to be somewhat limited during my visit.

Had a lovely stay in the Blenheim Room. Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and easy access to the beautiful gardens and comfy lounges. The restaurant was a highlight, with exquisite meals and a great menu. We loved the cleanliness and upkeep of the shared spaces, making it feel welcoming and well cared for.

Absolutely loved our long weekend! The breakfast was phenomenal—nothing like I’ve had in London. Dinner was equally impressive. The stylish Russet Room made our stay even better!
